  Gosh, where to start!! First, Leeza and Shannon are probably the hardest working RE agents I know. I know a TON of agents… which also speaks volumes to the fact that we chose them. We knew Leeza had an extremely successful business in this, but it really became apparent when she and Shannon got going on our sale. We had a ton of things to get done (most people do, but we really had our work cut out!) and Leeza and Shannon made sure to keep us organized, direct us accordingly, and cheer us on. They also were very honest, accommodating to our needs with the sell, and very professional and prompt during the offer/ negotiation process. I am not sure I can imagine getting it done with anyone else. If you want genuinely great people to help you buy or sell, who you KNOW has your best interest, look no further!!   I can't say enough good things about my selling and buying experience with Leeza! We had a 2 1/2 year old and 6 month old at the time and Leeza was beyond accommodating! She was always available after work to meet for showings. She quickly picked up on what we were looking for and even looked at a few houses when we were not available and gave me her honest opinion with my preferences in mind. She was phenomenal!! We could tell she really cared about getting our family into our dream home! She invested her time and was always available via phone call, txt and email if we had any questions. We were constantly updated throughout the buying and selling process. With two little ones, showings and quick turnaround were of real concern for us. She made it super easy! Her knowledge and experience showed when our house was put on the market on a Thursday evening, multiple offers were submitted (some over asking price) and we chose a buyer by the end of the weekend! It was so fast and seamless, I was amazed!! I would definitely recommend Leeza to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home! She is wonderful to work with and truly cares about getting you and family in your dream home!!
